Tips for printing transparent labels with a printer

When it comes to printers, we usually use it to print some documents and pictures. In fact, as long as we are using our brains in applications, such things as making transparent labels, glass signboards, and slogans are not difficult to achieve. These things are usually necessary. Professional equipment can do it. See how I used transparent tape everywhere to easily print waterproof and wear-resistant transparent labels. The effect can even be compared to professional equipment printing, and the cost can be much lower. Of course, at least you must have a laser printer. Inkjet printers absolutely do not work.

1. Prepare a roll of 6cm wide Scotch tape. With some thicker paper, you can cut the old calendar into a 16-inch (18.4cm x 26cm) size paper. Lay transparent tape on the prepared paper. When pasting, stick the tape head on the desktop first, this should be at least 5cm, pull out a proper length of tape, hold the tape roll in the right hand to keep the tape straight, put the paper under the tape, adjust the position, let the tape Keep a certain distance from the edge of the paper and press 2cm. Slowly press the left hand to the right to let the tape stick to the paper, while the right hand slowly pulls out the tape so that it can be easily attached, and then cut out the extra tape. Generally, 16-sheet paper can be affixed with two 6-cm-wide transparent tapes in the longitudinal direction. Of course, a certain distance should be maintained between the two tapes.

2. Open the WPS Office, first draw a rectangle with a rectangle tool, right-click the properties of the set object, set the left margin 2cm by the position of the transparent glue glued on the printing paper, the width is the width of the transparent glue 6cm, the height is slightly higher than the page height Small, this rectangle is mainly used for positioning. Insert a single-line text or text box to enter the desired label text, set the border font, and then insert some more succinct graphics. Then copy the designed label n copies (n is based on the number of labels arranged) and arrange it in the rectangle just drawn. Do not exceed the range of the rectangle to print on the transparent tape. Put in the paper that has been pasted with clear glue, and be careful to print it on the side with the transparent tape. Printed paper should be carefully handled, not folded or rubbed, and the printed word can now be easily erased.

3. Apply a layer of transparent glue on top of the printed label. This layer should be staggered with the next layer of transparent glue so that it can be peeled off in the future. Carefully paste according to the method described in the first step. Finally, cut off the excess paper longitudinally along both sides of the first layer of tape, and then horizontally cut the labels one by one. These are the transparent labels we need.

When you use it, simply peel off the transparent adhesive from the previous layer and the original printed label text will be glued. Then you will see where you want to put it. Because the text is waterproof under the tape, of course, and it will never be scratched, super wear-resistant.

Here we use 6cm wide transparent tape, so the largest label that can be printed is 6cm x 100cm (100cm is the limit of WPS Office). This is a very difficult size for general label printing equipment. Of course, if you have enough wide transparent tape, you can make a bigger label. If you insert your own photos while designing your labels, you can easily create transparent photo stickers.
