For example: in the determination of the qualification of the paper carton, GB5033-85 is judged by percentage, while SN/TO262-93 is judged by the total number of light and heavy defects of the carton, especially the inspection procedures for the packaging of various export commodities. In addition to the provisions of SN/TO 262-93, inspection items are generally added with several special requirements testing items for various commodities. For example, carton boxes used for packaging metal canned foods require increased wet burst tests and water resistance adhesion tests.

2. Incomplete contract acceptance criteria

Carton quality inspection includes performance inspection and appearance inspection. In the carton performance inspection, there is an important indicator of "vacuum box compression", which is to measure the pressure of the carton in the process of storage and transportation of the stack. Its standard value is based on the contents. Calculated from the weight and carton height, P = K × G (H/h - 1) × 9.8, where G is the gross weight of the single-piece package, the standard value cannot be calculated, so the empty-box compression project It is impossible to prove that, especially for single-wall corrugated cartons that contain food or small electromechanical products, the dimensions of the box are small (typical height is about 250m m), the weight of the contents is generally more than 15kg, and the value of the empty box compressive strength should be more than 3234N. If the paper is slightly poor, the quality of the carton is difficult to meet.

3. Contract terms and standards do not match

The size of the carton is an important indicator for judging whether the carton is qualified or not in the visual inspection. The dimensions of the carton in GB 5033-85 and SN/TO 262-93 inspection standards are all within the standard, and the size inspection method is specified. tool. However, the size of the cartons signed on the contract between the buyer and the seller, as well as the inspection and standardization of the size of the cartons in the production process of the company are not uniform. In order to facilitate the calculation of container loading, user 2 often only considers the outer dimensions of the carton (length × width × height); the production company, for the convenience of inspection, is generally used in cardboard production, grooving, chopping, etc., and after carton forming.
