Wooden box foam packaging process

The in-situ foaming packaging method using a wooden box is a shock-absorbing technique where the product is placed inside the outer box, and a foaming material is injected between them. This approach is straightforward and efficient. The primary equipment includes containers holding isocyanate and polyol resin, along with a spray gun. To use it, the temperature and pressure of the two components are adjusted according to specifications, then they are mixed and fed through a single tube into the spray gun. Upon spraying, the compound begins to foam within 10 seconds and expands up to 100–140 times its original volume in under 40 seconds. The resulting foam is polyurethane, which becomes rigid after about one minute, forming a semi-rigid structure. These foams can conform to any shape, effectively wrapping around the product. For items that are intact or have internal packaging (such as cartons), cushioning materials are typically applied only at the corners or high-impact areas. This technique is known as partial shockproof packaging. Common shock-absorbing materials include foamed plastic pads, inflatable plastic films, Polaroid, and rubber springs. In real-world applications, multiple cushioning methods are often combined—for example, using both padding and amorphous cushioning materials—to ensure better protection for the product. Improving the efficiency of wooden box packaging machinery, enhancing the quality of packaging, reducing waste and wear, and meeting the needs of bulk product packaging are all key goals. This also helps lower operational costs, adapt to seasonal and time-sensitive packaging demands, and improve the overall performance of wooden box packaging systems. Looking ahead, increasing the level of serialization, standardization, and generalization of packaging machinery will be crucial. Accelerating equipment upgrades and developing modular or system-based modern wooden box packaging solutions represent important future directions. The growth of the wooden box packaging industry not only supports the food sector but also contributes to improving people’s living standards. Watercolor Painting Brushes

Types of brushes. There are so many many brushes:washes/glazes, rounds, flats, filberts and liners and more. Choosing the right type for the technique is important. Let`s look at the different types.Flat Brushes:Flats are brushes with a straight chisel edge and square shaped filaments. These can be known as shades if they`re in smaller sizes and washes/glazes if in bigger sizes. Large areas are painted with a wash/glaze brush whereas smaller flats are used for small areas of painting. Round brushes-Round brushes have a large diameter of the ferrule, more so than a liner, which can be used for applying thick to thin lines, filling in odd shaped areas, painting details and work great for lettering. Liners don`t hold as much paint as a round, however, they are super great for creating lines or curves. Script liners are similar to liners but the filaments are much longer and hold more paint. A round brush tapers to a pointed tip – several types of rounds are referred to rounds, liners or script liners. Angle brushes are filaments that have been cut on an angle – these are excellent to use in small or curved areas of the painting.Filberts Brushes with oval shaped filaments are known as filberts in smaller sizes and oval wash in larger sizes. Both shapes can be used for base coating, stroke work and more. There are filbert combs, filbert wash and more. Mop Brushes:Then there are mop brushes–great for blending and smoothing out small areas. They`re also ideal for applying powdered pigments–just dust them lightly over hot or tacky wax.Specialty Brushes:Then there are all the speciality brushes on the market used for certain techniques and garner their own results–fan, deer-foot, stumbler, mops, stencil and more.
