Preparation and curing  Firstly, dicyandiamide and iron powder are uniformly mixed and then added to a low - melting E-42 epoxy resin to form a powder (or rod) epoxy adhesive.
Curing: first heat the cured material to 80 ~ 120 , use a sieve to spread the powdery adhesive on the field, at the pressure of 0.05 ~ 0.3MPa , 240 °C for 5min , 220 °C for 15min , 200 °C for 4min , 180 °C for 12min , 150 °C Under 30min , or 60min curing at 120 °C.
use   The glue is used for bonding between metals at -60 to +100 °C , and bonding between metal and glass steel and glass and ceramics.
