Due to the long use time of this type of image-setter, some of the components of the electrical appliance are degraded. The thermal stability of the existing workpiece can be reduced, so that when the device is turned on, the tablet is still normal, but the tablet is compressed for a long time and the sample is compressed. However, some of them are normal. Such failures are complicated to solve. Therefore, it is generally necessary for certain electrical professionals to test components one by one, and some even need to test their performance parameters. Find the problematic component and replace it. These components are mainly on the slide motor control board. If you go for a piece, usually looking for a gear box, the gear box should be cleaned or refueled according to the frequency of use of the machine for six months or one year.

C. Traveling motor

The moving piece motor is a key component that directly affects the quality of the moving piece and is expensive to replace. For long-term use, the motor is worn out due to lack of lubrication, the brush is worn and the motor is not conducting well, and the motor line thus carries the immovable box, or not Take the film, press the film or slice key after the film will not produce rapid phenomenon. Therefore, if it is determined that there is a problem with the motor, you should contact the maintenance organization as soon as possible to do early maintenance, so as not to accelerate the wear of the motor, thus reducing the direct and indirect losses of the motor damage on your behalf.
