Finally, the cryostat is in terms of noise. Advanced filtering technology overcomes power supply noise interference and stray electromagnetic interference and radio interference. The proportional integral control function is used to control the power supplied to the thermostat heater. Precision factory debugging almost eliminates the effect of overshoot, allowing the thermostat to quickly reach its highest temperature stability after reaching the temperature set point. People will feel comfortable during use. And it has anti-static protection function to increase the safety of the whole machine. Even if the machine fails, it is still people-oriented and safety-oriented.
The core technology is the key to the success of the cryostat, and the performance of the thermostat is superior to our hot port technology. It installs the cooling coil and heater in a sandwich shape on the side of the stainless steel cylinder of the thermostatic bath. The bottom of the steel cylinder becomes a heat exchange port, and most of the heat enters and exits the thermostatic bath through this port. Good insulation design around the steel cylinder minimizes heat leakage. Good insulation can ensure a constant temperature.
