Fengxian Xinjian Road Primary School is a key elementary institution under the supervision of the Fengxian County Cultural and Educational Bureau. Established in September 1965, it has undergone several name changes during historical periods, such as being temporarily renamed "Shuangshipu Hongxing Primary School" during the Cultural Revolution. The school currently employs 44 staff members, including 43 teachers. Among them, 27 hold college degrees or higher, while 16 have middle-level education, achieving a 100% qualification rate. The teaching staff consists of 14 senior teachers, 28 first-level teachers, and 1 second-level teacher. Additionally, there are 16 young teachers under 35, 21 teachers aged between 36 and 49, along with one provincial-level special teacher, eight city-level teaching experts, and 22 county-level teaching experts (including those at the municipal level), making up 51.1% of the total teaching force. The school consistently prioritizes teaching as its core mission, focusing on fostering students' creativity and practical skills. It actively embraces curriculum reforms, enhances daily teaching management, deepens classroom instruction, and implements teaching plans effectively. By maintaining strict monitoring of educational quality, the school promotes comprehensive education and continuously improves academic performance. Adhering to the principle of “three complete and two special” — meaning all-round development in morality, intellect, and aesthetics, with individualized strengths — the school ensures that every student benefits from well-rounded education. With systematic management, advanced educational theories, and a rigorous teaching approach, the school has achieved remarkable results, earning widespread recognition from the community. Regarding the customer's needs, the system requires input sources such as high-definition cameras, DVD players, and PCs, with audio coming from a mixer. The output should be delivered through a network to PCs, projectors, and smart boards in 60 classrooms, allowing for high-definition video playback. Currently, the customer’s setup includes HD cameras capable of providing HDMI/SDI outputs, DVD players, and PCs that support display on projectors. A stable network environment and necessary switch equipment are also in place. To meet these requirements, we selected the Aoku HD encoder to capture and encode the HD video signal from the camera. This signal is then sent to the Aku Cool Streaming Media Server AMS (Basic Education Edition). After receiving the encoded signal, the streaming media server distributes and stores the content, enabling real-time viewing on PCs and projectors within multiple classrooms via a fast and stable education-specific network. This solution offers several advantages: it allows for easy scalability by simply adding more encoders when needed; it requires minimal installation, only needing network cables without extra wiring; the AOKU HT9001 HD encoder supports audio capture and synchronization, with the decoder and streaming server also supporting audio channels; it enables recording and scalable use of computer-broadcasted signals; and it allows direct access to the server through networked PCs or mobile devices. Required equipment includes the Aoku Stream Media Network Video Live System Software (AOKU Media Server V5.0) – installed on the streaming media server to provide live video, recording, video on demand, and web access. One set is required. For hardware, the Aoku 1U rack-mounted high-definition network video live broadcast machine (AOKU HT9001) is used to collect and encode HD SDI or HDMI signals, broadcasting them via RTMP over the network to the streaming media server. One unit is needed. The system topology illustrates how the components are interconnected to ensure seamless transmission and distribution of video content across the school’s network.
