Move the district way. When warehouses are placed in warehouses, they are warehousing at one end and warehouses at the other end. Corrugated base paper warehouse can also use this method, as shown in Figure 1.

Two-zone mode. That is to say, there are two districts, the material in area A and the material in area B. When area A finishes, the material in area B is re-exported, and so on. As shown in Figure 2.

Warehouse inventory

Inventory refers to the inventory of the actual amount of material present in the warehouse, and is checked against the quantity on the books to make it consistent. The constant receipt and delivery of materials will inevitably lead to errors over time. Warehouse inventory is conducive to correcting mistakes in time and is conducive to the discovery of dead materials and scrap. There are several reasons for the inconsistency of warehouse inventory:

The number of warehouses is not correct. For example, send and receive wrong materials or lose the damage.

Log book error. For example, mistakes, more notes, less notes.

Inventory method is incorrect. For example, heavy disk, multiple disk, leak disk or wrong disk.

Material inventory needs to be planned. It is mainly the steps of material inventory. The following are the steps of material inventory:

Planning warehouse inventory. For example, the inventory of A warehouse, or the inventory of finished products warehouse.

Inventory cycle and date. For example, a monthly inventory, the specific time of each month is determined.

The inventory method is determined. For example, methods such as sectional inventory, physical property inventory, raw material supplier inventory, semi-finished product and finished product customer inventory, etc.

Staffing and inventory training. For example, the district inventory method, the needs of personnel in various districts, inventory should be aware of.

Start clearing the warehouse. Formal inventory, clearing the existing number of warehouses, sorting out the inventory data, and the difference with the data on the books should be explained.

Analysis of the reasons for the differences in accounting. Follow up and analyze the causes of the differences, and correct any errors.
