(2) Clean the water bucket. Thoroughly remove the paper dust and sediment in the water bucket, taking care not to splash the bucket liquid on other parts. Check whether there is any rust on both ends of the water bucket roller, whether there is water leakage in the water bucket, and whether the surface of the water roller is clean. For the alcohol-wetting automatic watering system, the water tank, pump and waterway should be thoroughly cleaned and inspected to avoid blocking the pipeline or paper or ash and other debris to block the pipeline or alcohol or fountain solution into the water hole.
(3) Clean the surface of the rolling pillow and rolling body. Always pay attention to keeping the surface of the rolling pillow and rolling body clean, and pay attention to protecting the rolling pillow and rolling body with lubricating oil. When wiping the glue and adding water, pay attention not to allow the glue and water to contact the roller pillow, at any time to remove the ink and paper falling on the roller pillow, and pay attention to the cleaning of the plate clamp.
(4) Cleaning of rubber rollers, etc. Do not leave ink when rubber rollers, plastic rollers, etc. stop, let the ink dry on the rubber roller, otherwise ink film will damage the rubber roller. If the machine is shut down for more than three days, the rubber roller should be removed, wiped and put away to avoid squeezing and deformation of the roller surface.
(5) Clean the wallboard and belly. Including the rubber roller frame, swing frame, positioning screws, positioning blocks, springs, landing gear, etc., should be kept clean, making it easy to rotate and flexible, easy to reset.
(6) Cleanliness of the track. If the chains and tracks of the offset press are prone to accumulate paper dust and dusting, they must be cleaned and refilled with oil, and the waste glue under the glue pot of the perfect binding machine should be cleaned to keep the rail surface clean. At the same time, clean the chain, conveyor belt, sprocket, etc. on the track.
(7) Clean the gears and fuel tank. Oils, paper dust, glue, etc. are easy to stick on the gears, and should be cleaned regularly, especially the glue binding machine and book cutter. The oil tank should be cleaned regularly, the oil concentration and impurities should be checked, and the oil tank should be replaced regularly. At the same time, the filter should be cleaned.
(8) Clean the paper feeder. Such as the regular cleaning of the Feida valve, the trachea, the front gauge and its photoelectric eye, the paper feed pulley, the double-sheet detection electrical contacts, and the side gauge pull paper ball.
(9) Clean the take-up reel. For example, the paper collection teeth row, paper collection chain, paper collection cam swing lever should be cleaned regularly and filled with butter; the suction deceleration wheel and the paper pressure fan should be diligently cleaned to avoid failure caused by powder spraying.
(10) Clean bearings, dental slices and dental pads. In particular, the bearings at both ends of the rubber roller and the transmission gear bearing of the glue pot of the glue binding machine should be kept clean to prevent the rotation of the bearing from being blocked by the ink and glue. The teeth and pads on the rollers and row of teeth should be cleaned regularly with a brush until the net or stripes on the surface are fully exposed.
(11) Clean the electrical box and electrical components. Especially in rain-type lubrication, be careful not to let oil directly onto electrical components, and do not let the solenoid valve be immersed in the oil pool; often use a blower to clean the electrical cabinet; check the tightness of the terminal, contact with individual burn The contact of the device can be polished with sandpaper until the contact is good.
(12) Keep the appearance of the machine clean and the ground environment clean.
