One. Needle bearing

The rigidity of needle roller bearings is much better than that of tapered roller bearings due to their small roller diameter, and the double row needle roller bearings developed by the bearing company make their rigidity comparable to copper sleeve sliding bearings. Compared with the ordinary needle roller bearings, the needle roller group applied to the needle roller bearings supported by the printer cylinder is higher than the ordinary needle roller bearings. The needle roller grouping of ordinary needle roller bearings is in units of 2 μm, while the needle roller grouping used in printers is in units of 1 μm. In this way, by selecting the appropriate needle roller grouping, the working clearance of the bearing can be made less than 1 μm. Such running accuracy is just what high-quality printers need. And the needle roller grouping used by the printer can be more than the grouping of ordinary needle roller bearings, so the processing requirements for the wallboard can naturally be reduced.

two. Roller bearing

The use of needle roller bearings still makes printer manufacturers annoy the need for high-precision processing jackets and the need for experienced installers to find suitable needle rollers. In order to solve this problem, bearing manufacturers have developed roller bearing support solutions with integrated flanges on the outer ring. Roller bearings can achieve good accuracy and rigidity by preloading. And the inner ring with taper can also be used to arbitrarily adjust the working clearance of the bearing. This kind of solution can fully meet the requirement of zero clearance of the roller bearing of the printing machine. And the flanged outer ring solves the installation and lubrication problems for printer manufacturers. Manroland, Heidelberg, Japan Ryubi and domestic Beiren models widely use this bearing. three. Integrated unit

Like the automotive industry and other industries, printing machine manufacturers also need suppliers of precision products like bearings to provide simpler modular components to reduce factory assembly errors and time, reduce rework rates, and thereby improve efficiency and reduce costs. In order to meet this demand, bearing manufacturers have provided roller support units with higher accuracy and easier installation and maintenance for the main roller support. The use of labyrinth seals and cylindrical rollers makes it possible to carry out oil lubrication or grease lubrication, and it is maintenance-free for life. Excellent lubrication also makes the life of this bearing the longest among various schemes. It makes the printing machine manufacturer's precision requirements move from its own processing and installation production lines to bearing production lines that produce precision products such as bearings. This is also in line with the intensification of modern industry.
