In the production of steel drums, various hangers are commonly used to transport steel drums or accessories for painting and drying. However, for a long time, the hanger will accumulate a thick layer of patent leather on the hanger, which affects the use of the hanger. Most companies regularly remove the hangers for cleaning. Most companies cleaned them by hand or by fire. Both methods are not desirable. Because manual stripping takes time and labor, the efficiency is low; although the fire is high in efficiency, the hanger is also easily deformed and damaged, and is not conducive to environmental protection. Other companies use paint strippers, the effect is not good, the paint is thicker, the efficiency is not high, and the liquid after stripping will also cause pollution due to emissions.
At present, in the coating production of other industries in China, the use of a hot-cleaning furnace to clean the hangers is already very extensive. It is recommended that the barrel industry also use a hot-cleaning furnace for the cleaning of the rack.
The hot cleaning furnace is a new type of special equipment for cleaning the return coating on the coating line and the coating on the hanger. The economical and environmentally friendly treatment method has been adopted by many famous domestic brands. It is used in household appliances such as air conditioners, refrigerators, microwave ovens, electric fans, computers, and motorcycles, bicycles, automobiles, steel furniture, telecommunications, power transmission and transformation industries, and its comprehensive performance has reached the international advanced level. First, the working principle of the hot cleaning furnace
The “hot furnace†has two relatively independent heating systems as well as a temperature and smoke control system. In the first heating system, the furnace chamber is heated to a certain temperature range, and the temperature in the furnace is automatically controlled by the control system to gradually decompose the coating on the workpiece into a gas. The control system always guarantees the decomposition speed, the concentration of the decomposition product and strictly controls it within a certain range. When the decomposition product passes through the second heating system, after high temperature treatment, it is converted into CO2 and water vapor and discharged through the chimney. 1. 2. Generally equipped with programmable controller (PLC) and solid state relay. The operation is simple, just press the start button to complete the whole process, no special training is required for the operator.
3, reduce energy consumption, no special requirements on the number, shape and size of the workpiece, can ensure that the workpiece is free of deformation.
4, the use of sealing design to ensure the sealing performance. The use of aluminum silicate fiber as the main insulation material ensures good thermal insulation performance and service life.
Third, the application of hot cleaning furnace in the production of barrels
1. Remove the coating that is continuously thickened on the spray hanger and fixture without changing the mechanical properties of the hanger.
2, steel drum or parts surface unqualified paint or powder coating completely and completely peeled, and the workpiece is not damaged, often used in old barrels to remove paint.
3. Remove the filter screen of the water curtain spray booth and the paint layer of the fan impeller.
4. Clean and remove the paint on the wires, cables, transformers, motors, rollers and the organic matter in the spray booth.
5. Clean up and remove organic matter such as glue and greasy on the parts of the barrel equipment.
