Automa Launches NSB 140 Model

Automa recently introduced the NSB 140 model; it combines injection stretch blow molding technology with four "single-step" stations. Specific processes include: preform injection molding in the first station; adjustment in the second station; blow molding in the third station; and finally, the molded container is unloaded from the fourth station. The NSB 140 model is suitable for producing PER and PP containers with extremely high product quality requirements. The system ensures that the product is uniform in thickness and high in transparency. The "upper limit" mechanical resistance is excellent. In low-yield output, molds must be changed frequently. Because the mold change is very simple, the machine is particularly efficient at low to medium output and can be completed in just a few hours. The mold is designed professionally and is suitable for the production of wide-mouth multi-chamber containers (packaging tanks). The produced container can be conveyed to the belt conveyor of the discharge port.
