PVDC film printing ink performance requirements

1. The ink must be a table printing ink.
2 ink drying speed. At room temperature, the machine is selected 60-80m/min, and it can be dried thoroughly by blowing with cold air.
3. Little residual solvent. The amount of residual solvents in printed products must meet the national food hygiene standards.
4. The ink transfer performance is good, and the gloss of the graphic after printing is better.
5. The ink after high temperature cooking above 120°C does not fall off, and the adhesion fastness is good. The ink does not change color and does not fade.
6. The ink is preferably one-component ink (without curing agent).
7. In addition, the shelf life of the ink should be more than six months.
