The annual growth rate of output value has remained above 15%, and the industrial technology level has been significantly improved, laying a solid material foundation and technical guarantee for achieving energy conservation and emission reduction targets. This marks the country's emphasis on energy conservation and environmental protection industry. Four key tasks:

The fourth is to strengthen technological innovation and improve the market competitiveness of energy conservation and environmental protection industries. We will focus on supporting the building of technological innovation capabilities of enterprises, speeding up mastering of key key core technologies, promoting the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements, and promoting international cooperation and talent team building.
