1. Continuous bill with hole

Perforated continuous bills, commonly referred to as commercial bills, are generally carbonless copy paper. To ensure product quality, the following should be done:

First, material selection is very important. Different manufacturers' papers are different because of their technical parameters, and the printability is different. Especially when multi-link printing is used, papers of different manufacturers are used, and it is difficult to identify the problem after the coloring effect of the non-carbon paper; the paper pressure-sensitive layer The coating thickness is not the same, and the paper expansion and contraction rate is inconsistent, which can result in the inability to assemble the pages and the printed materials are scrapped. Therefore, it is advisable to cooperate with a reliable material manufacturer to facilitate the timely exchange and adjustment of paper suitability.

Second, the printing of bills requires higher temperature and humidity. Usually the temperature should be controlled at 18-25 °C, the humidity should be controlled at 50% -80%, in the workshop without a constant temperature and humidity device, the printed product should be timely to take the plastic bag, and immediately with the page, can not be placed Too long time to prevent the change of temperature and humidity caused by the paper stretching and affect the product quality.

Thirdly, bill form printing is the most important link in process control. Form offset printing should control the ink balance and printing pressure, and timely clean the PS plate, blanket and transfer roller to ensure consistent ink color. The layout is not dirty, and more importantly, the quality is controlled in detail. Since the bill form is generally a multi-product, each group of bills basically consists of upper and lower sheets or upper, middle and lower sheets, which requires a high degree of accuracy in multi-pass printing in order to ensure the same length between links.

Tension control is also important, even if it is the same kind of paper, re-measure the tension when changing the roll, keep the tension stable; for different paper, should be based on the nature of the tension of the paper, the first printing tension is not good adjustment, and then in the next printing When chasing the previous printing tension. Overprint accuracy is controlled by the printer's paper tension control device. Ticket printers are equipped with an aperture gauge to measure the paper tension. At the same time, whether the hole spacing is equal, whether the hole edge to the edge of the paper is 4mm, the depth of the ridge line, whether the hole is penetrated, etc. will affect the quality of the ticket, and must be strictly controlled in the production process.

Fourthly, code matching is the last process for the production of computer vouchers. Generally, it is done on the splicing machine. The splicing machine is driven by the rotating sprocket wheel to drive the table hole. It is necessary to check whether the singling number is correct during the splicing. Pay attention to the marking color, coding position and so on.

2. Tickets

The application of ballot tickets is becoming more and more widespread. Welfare lottery tickets, catering invoices, taxi tickets, supermarket details tickets, ATM customer receipts, etc. all belong to the ticket. Among these tickets, the printing of roll scratch invoices (scratch tickets) is the most representative. With the advancement of taxation reforms, roll-style scraping invoices are characterized by strong confidentiality, high printing difficulty, and strong anti-counterfeit features, and their application scope and usage are getting larger and larger.

The lottery amount and password of the roll scratch invoice are printed by a computer-controlled high-speed inkjet printing device. No data can be leaked during printing. The lottery information area on the front of the invoice must be covered with oil and silver ink and on the back of the invoice. The corresponding area is printed in black. 1. Selection of plates

Rolled invoice printing materials include printing plates, isolation oils, silver inks, UV inks and other related auxiliary materials. Due to the difficulty and high cost of the flexographic platemaking technology, it is best for the printing factory to go to the professional flexographic plate making company. It can not only obtain the corresponding type of plates, meet the production requirements, but also be convenient and economical. 2. Black mark printing and back black printing control

Black Mark is a standard for controlling inkjet and computer print positioning of inkjet systems. The requirements for black label printing are very strict and the field density should be above 1.5. Black marks are not easy to cause the printer to continuously feed paper without reading marks, or the optoelectronic control of the ink jet system cannot read information when printing, causing print pauses. The black area corresponding to the back scratch area is to prevent confidential information from being exposed due to light transmission. Therefore, UV black ink with strong hiding power, high density and fast drying is selected.

3. Separation oil printing control

Squeegee-type invoices generally use lower-quantity paper. The printability of the paper is not very good, and it is easy to cause less separation oil remaining on the surface of the paper, which does not provide isolation. Therefore, it is very important to control the thickness of the segregated oil layer. The segregated oil layer is too thick to be easily dried. When the silver ink is printed, a wet and wet state is formed. The silver ink penetrates into the segregated oil and is not easy to scrape. In addition, the segregation of the oil glass may make the coating layer. The silver ink is peeled off, or there is a sticky phenomenon, which affects the quality of the product and does not achieve confidentiality. In contrast, if the barrier oil layer is too thin, the covering ink is not easily scratched.

4. Cover ink printing control

The covering ink is generally made of a silver paste and a UV varnish in a certain proportion, and it needs to be mixed evenly before use. The ink layer thickness is controlled by an ink supply system consisting of an anilox roller and a doctor blade. The pressure of the doctor blade on the anilox roller can be adjusted to change the thickness of the ink layer. The pressure adjustment is based on the removal of excess ink on the surface of the anilox roller. The pressure should not be too large to avoid damaging the anilox roller. The ink ink layer thickness should be appropriate to cover better, and it can be dried in time, not easy to get dirty.
