Fault analysis and resolution

In the fault diagnosis mode, the device has no error message. Check the control panel, water roller motor and wiring in the main cabinet. No abnormalities are found. When the motor control leads of the third and fourth units are interchanged, the fault occurs. Still exist.
After careful observation, it is found that the water roller stop failure occurs mostly in the case of large vibration such as clutch pressure. At this time, the water roller motor has no input current, and the safety switch contact position on the left side of the water bucket roller cover is abnormal. When the safety switch is shorted, the bucket roller stop failure no longer occurs. Judging from this, the root cause of the fault is that, in the case of strong vibration of the equipment, the contact of the safety switch contacts is not true, resulting in voltage protection of the control circuit, thereby causing the water bucket roller to stop.
After the contact position of the safety switch is adjusted to the normal position, the fault can be completely solved.
