1. The edge of the sheet is continuously torn and the position remains unchanged. If this failure occurs, we must find the reason on the paper-feeding teeth and drum teeth. First, open the slow car and carefully observe the process of transferring paper between the paper handing teeth and the drum tooth, to see if it is due to the slow time of the teeth of the paper handing teeth or the insufficient degree of opening of the teeth, resulting in tearing of the paper edge. Solution: Check whether the tooth bumps of the paper-feeding teeth are worn. If they are worn, repair welding or replace new ones, and make careful adjustments. The requirement is that when the paper handing paper handed the paper to the impression roller big teeth, the distance between the paper handing tooth and the drum big tooth at the same time control the paper must be 3mm, generally 2mm. The second reason is that because the large tooth base of the drum is screwed into a round hole, the opening degree of the large teeth of the roller is not enough. 2. There is a regular tearing of the edge of the sheet, and the number of sheets in the middle interval is exactly the number of the delivery rows. This situation is generally caused by improper adjustment of the delivery tooth row. Solution: Open the slow car carefully observe the consistency of each tooth of the collection tooth row, and then adjust, and then drive the paper to see if there is tearing phenomenon.
