The Imation Match printTM professional server is used in conjunction with a powerful high-quality digital printing device, the Xerox DocuColor 12. The total solution utilizes a special Imation/Xerox co-produced media, so that the final user can be sure to receive accurate, predictable, industry-standard Matchprint colors quickly and at a low price. The quality and speed of the output from the integrated printing system (12.5 pages per minute) make it a compelling solution for web proofing and short live digital printing.

The color reproduction process has changed. Content creators and pattern designers have taken greater control and highly used colors. Imation did not forget the commercial effect of the production process. Two years ago, Imation commercialized Imation Match print's Digital Halftone Proofing System. This system has the same consistency, reliability, and predictability as the Match print simulation proofing system. And it can be used within the digital flow. Imation also recently announced the availability of an additional custom color software for the digital half-tone proofing system - an all-digital color application that allows the printing professional to generate fifth and sixth colors using CMYK values.
