1. Look at the law. When the machine is running, select a suitable position that is approximately 45° from the plate cylinder and observe the light reflected from the plate water film. The stronger the light reflected by the layout, the greater the moisture; the weaker the reflection of the layout is, the smaller the moisture.
2. Check the print method.
1 In the printing, if the moisture is too large, the printed product is not stiff enough, and when it is severe, the paper edge curls around (thin paper is more common).
2 When the moisture is too large, the ink color of the printed product is different, and the ink in the mouth of the printed sheet is not real.
3. Look at the ink roller method. If the water content is too large, fine water droplets may be deposited on the surface of the ink roller. Although the ink roller has a thick ink layer, the ink is difficult to contact with the printing plate, and the printing plate is difficult to apply ink.
4. Check the rubber method. If the layout is too watery, water droplets will appear on the rubber wipes.
