New PET preform injection molding machine has high efficiency

HUSKY Canada recently introduced the Hy400 injection molding machine for injection of PET preforms. According to the report, the injection molding machine adopts the internationally leading hot runner mold. The cycle time of forming 96 molds is less than 7.5 seconds, and the qualification rate basically reaches 100%.

According to reports, the plasticization efficiency of the injection molding machine is very high. The plastic injection mechanism divides the two functions of plasticization and injection into two parts from a conventional one. The plasticization does not occupy the molding time, thereby greatly improving the production efficiency. In addition, in order to adapt to the plasticization of PET, the air entering during the charging process is reduced, and the solid material is filled in the screw groove during the feeding process. During the process of extruding the melt into the injection cavity, the plasticizing screw is rotated and extruded. It facilitates the discharge of air into the solid material of the barrel, while shortening the plasticizing time and the production cycle. This highly efficient injection molding machine has been approved by users.
