1. Operating Instructions of Yuming Photochemical Reactor
1. Preparation: Connect the power supply. Before using the instrument, first put the eight-position reactor (or magnetic stirrer) into the main box, and put the magneton into the quartz reaction tube (or reaction container). After that, check whether the mercury lamp (xenon lamp), reactor and cooling water circulation device to be used are connected properly. (Connect as shown below)
2. There are eight-position reactor (or magnetic stirrer) and lamp power supply interface in the reaction dark box of the photocatalytic reactor. Please connect according to the instructions.
2. Adjust the light source selection on the controller, so that the light source used is consistent with that on the controller (different according to the type of light source and power)
3. Turn on the fan switch, the reactor and the light switch on the controller in sequence, and the fan starts to work (the air in the reaction dark box starts to drain out.
4. Turn on the power switch on the eight-position reactor (or magnetic stirrer) and adjust the stirring speed as required.
5. The light source power adjustment is located in the center of the controller, and the light source power can be adjusted as needed.
6. There is a microcomputer timer on the upper right of the controller, and the working time can be set as needed.
Note: When using mercury or xenon lamps for experiments, the lamp source must be placed in a quartz cold trap (it is recommended to use a low-temperature cooling circulation device at the same time to avoid instrument damage due to excessive temperature).
Second, the reaction dark box
The main box is the place where the illumination device of the series photochemical reaction instrument is placed, and has the following characteristics:
The inside of the cabinet is black to reduce light reflection.
There are 2 cooling water inlets and outlets at the rear of the cabinet.
