Bag zipper: self-sealing bumps

VersaPack is a multinational company specializing in the production and procurement of packaging materials. The company is headquartered in New Jersey, USA and has offices in Jiangsu, China. The production base is in Korea (including plastic zipper strips and various packaging. bag).

U.S. General Packaging Co., Ltd. has been producing PE and PP zippers since 1996. It has many years of rich production experience and a production capacity of 4.5 million meters per month. At present, the market share of South Korea is 70%, and the quality and price have been widely recognized by customers. Our company is now trying to test product sales in China and is expected to officially start production in China in the first half of next year.

Now briefly introduce the company zipper as follows:

1) According to the ingredients and design of the raw material, can the zipper be divided into several types?

- According to the design, there are two types. One is a single-track zipper (13mm wide) and the other is a double-track zipper (23mm or 30mm wide). We have just developed a single-sided sealing zipper for powder products.

- According to the raw material composition, there are two kinds. One is a LDPE zipper and the other is a PP zipper. We can also meet customers' different needs for smoothness and metallocene.

2) Details the applicable film for each zipper.

- LDPE zipper can be applied to PE film, PP zipper can be suitable for PP film.
