Daily maintenance of air compressor (air compressor)

5, running 3000 hours or one year:

(4) Replace the oil separator.
(5) Check the pressure maintenance valve.
(6) Clean the cooler and replace the â—‹-ring.
(7) Replace the air filter and oil filter.
(8) Check the action of the starter.

6, every 6000 hours:
(1) Cleaning the coolant circuit system (2) Replacing the screw air compressor advanced coolant (the replacement cycle of the exhaust gas temperature below 85 degrees).

7, every 20,000 hours or 4 years:
(1) Replace the body bearing and each oil seal and adjust the clearance.
(2) Measuring motor insulation should be above 1MÎ©.
