1. Bottom paper cut through

2. Cut no paper

3. Labels are taken away by scrap

There are two general situations for this phenomenon. One is to take it regularly. At this time, it is necessary to check whether the partial knife line has a low depression and whether the face paper completely cuts through. The second is taking away irregularly. This generally requires the printer to make adjustments first. In addition to being caused by the cutting of the bottom sheet, the small separation of the waste edge is also a factor. It can't be solved. It has to be repaired by a professional company.

The user must provide the manufacturer with detailed information on the die-cut adhesive material when ordering the circular die roll. Die-cutting requires high consistency of the material being die-cut. If you change the material midway, the die cutting effect will also change.

In the daily use of round circular die cutting roller, the drum should be inspected regularly and before each use to keep the surface of the roller and anvil roller clean; regular inspection, cleaning gears; protection of gears when the drum handling, absolutely prevent external force and Hard objects directly act on the surface of the roller knife; take care to prevent rust during storage; prevent foreign matter from being caught between the roller knife and the anvil roller during daily operation: pay attention to the operation of the die cutting shaft head and bushing, timed refueling, and prevent wear.
