Abstract: Objective To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of ginsenoside Re and Rg1 in compound Huangqi injection. Methods The HPLC method was used. The chromatography column was Diamonsil TMCJ8 column (4.6mm × 250mm, 5μm), the mobile phase was acetonitrile-50mmol·L ^ -1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer solution (volume ratio 20:80), and the column temperature was At 25 ° C, the detection wavelength is 203 nm and the flow rate is 1.0 mL · min ^ -1. Results Ginsenoside Re and Rg1 in Compound Astragalus Injection were well separated from other components. The mass concentration of ginsenoside Re is within 25 ~ 500mg · L ^ -1 (r = 0.9998), the mass concentration of Rg1 is within 25 ~ 300mg · L ^ -1 (r = 0.9998) and the linear relationship with the peak area Good, the recovery rates of ginsenoside Re and Rg1 were 100. 2% and 99.8%, and RSD were 1.4% and 2.0%, respectively.
