For example, the Guangzhou Furniture News has specially opened up an intellectual property column to publicize the national, provincial and municipal intellectual property policies and laws and regulations in a timely manner; Every year, members of the organization organize training, research and rights protection, and have achieved remarkable results. According to incomplete statistics, in recent years, member units have applied for nearly 1,000 patents under the promotion of the Municipal Intellectual Property Office and the Association, and some of the member units have obtained provincial and municipal famous trademarks and Chinese well-known trademarks. In 2012, Guangzhou won the title of National Intellectual Property Demonstration City. City Furniture Association hopes that the Municipal Intellectual Property Office will jointly carry out the “Furniture Industry Patent Innovation Advanced Enterprise†selection campaign on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Municipal Furniture Association to further encourage and enhance the member units.
